We survived an earthquake, 5.2 on the Richter scale in Bali and a dust storm in Sydney that turned the city red, sky orange and virtually shut everything down for a few hours. Saturday, March 12, 2011. I left the glorious beaches and islands of southern Thailand to explore the Chiang Mai and Bangkok area before heading back to India. Plenty of temples in Chiang Mai to visit. My friend Hilary and I. I have been craving mexican food for months and this restaurant in chiang mai didn't dissapoint. The sunday night walking market is amazing. It goes on and on and on. This adorable lady forced her beautiful jewelery onto me, it was worth it to see her smile though. Wat Po in Bangkok.
