8月9日　大台ケ原　　. 8月10日　十三峠1本～花道～葡萄下り～十三峠. 8月12日　フラペでSFR(50×13固定)　約70km. なので、メンバーからの「龍神スカイライン. 現地で内容聞いて悶絶。走って悶絶。上ったのにダウンヒル少なくて悶絶。簡単に説明すると、世界遺産である高野山まで走って、休憩後その先にある護摩壇山まで行こうず。ということらしい。上りが弱いので、メンバーの中でもトップクラスのクライマーであるちょしさんとkameさんに揉んでもらおう。(早すぎて、揉んですらもらえませんでした). おじぎ乗り(やまめ乗り)に関する話が出てきているので、実際にやまめの学校で教わった内容を保存しておきます。お役に立てば。日々、伝える言葉や内容が変わっているようなので、表現(言葉)が変わっていることがあります。標高差　：1266m　　距離　：26.6km. 平均斜度：4.7%　　最高斜度：約15%？ 8251;登りのみ　獲得標高：1336m　平均斜度：7.3%. 8230;……！！ Travel テンプレート. テンプレート画像 by sndr.
