My body weight is holding at a consistent 142LBS, give or take 1Lbs or so if I have had a cheat meal/carbing up session the previous day. I had my first Bodystat test for the year. This was performed week commencing 10th January and the results were as too be expected after a relaxed off season diet. Body Fat: 22% (I compete at a body fat level of 15% or less). Fat Kg: 14.6Kg.
