Far Cry Primal — BILLY MATJIUNIS | Senior Level Artist

As a Lead Artist on Far Cry Primal, my core responsibilities included initial World Machine layouts for the Bloodtusk Mammoth. And Great Scar Bear. As well as the Udam Homeland. Maps During the bulk of production, I spear-headed the high and low-level direction of the aforementioned maps' key locations from conception all the way until the game's release. I would also assist in benchmarking locations, prototyping high-level ideas, as well as polishing and debugging the various maps.

Billy Mabrey Gum Bichromate Photography
Gum Bichromate Printing is a manual technique of photography invented in the 1850s that uses watercolors and sunlight to render an image. The gum printing process helped artists establish photography as an accepted medium of creative expression over 100 years ago. These are my modern gum prints. Illustrated tutorials on the techniques I use to make gum bichromate prints, covering the basics and more advanced topics, including sections on inkjet transparencies and methods of printing.
