We are a blogging Year 2 Class from Brighton, Sussex. We are gardeners →. Transition to Hertford Juniors. We have been getting to know our buddies at Hertford Juniors. Every Year 2 has a Year 5 buddy so that when we move up to being Year 3 our buddies will be in Year 6 and they can help us settle in. First they came to visit us at the infants and then last week we went to the juniors to do a treasure hunt. It was great fun. When we got back to school Rachel taught us how to whistle with a blade of grass!

It was very exciting going in a double decker coach to Stanmer. We were greeted by Katie and walked through the woods to the Sussex Wildlife Trust plot where we collected firewood for our campfire.
