Today I am Grateful For…. Women Who Make a Difference. Bits of A Simple Life. May you live all the days of your life. Jonathan Swift. August 10, 2015. The kids played in the pool all day long! There were a couple of days when we ventured out and went to some museums, but for the most part, the kids and I just wanted to stay next to the pool. I grew up in Las Vegas, and every time I go back I am reminded of how happy I am I do not live there anymore. The heat is so oppressive! August 10, 2015 at 7:33 pm.
