Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Its a strange title but it still fits. I left Vancouver Sept. 14, 2007 on a sunny late afternoon for what was to be the greatest adventure if my life. That adventure has come and gone now. But its not the end. It really is only the beginning. I'm heading home 8 months (to the day) from when i started. Am i sad? Hhaha from there i pushed my way to Cebu by overnight ferry (not sleeping in the terminal this time) and headed north by land up to the tiny island of Malapascua. known by tourists as 'little Boracay' it has beautiful white sand beaches, clear water and nice atmosphere. Monday, February 25, 2008. Took me a little while to make it (about 30 min, and that includes the learning curve). Its my first vid, so be nice! And its also just my 3 and 4th days surfing, so of course the waves are small! Friday, February 22, 2008. Hiding in the trees. Hahhaa. No, it used to be a famous tourist destination before a flash flood ripped through in 2003. Why is it that i like to goto these natural disaster places? Anyways, this place is famous for its national park which has Orangutans!

Monday, October 29, 2007. Its been a few days since. I have done any updates but I have finally settled down and decided its time. I am no longer in Hanoi, i'm currently on Cat Ba Island. I'm here to visit the famous Halong Bay, do some climbing hopefully (deep water solo this time) and just relax for a few days. Mysterious Cat Ba Island at night, the view from my room window. He's one of Vietnam's hottest pop stars right now and he harsh tore the club apart! End of the night at Lighthouse. Cat Co 2 beach.
