Monday, October 18, 2010. ബിസ്മി ചൊല്ലി. ഒസ്സാത്തിയുടെ കത്തി. എന്റെ മുടി വടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു. പുറത്ത് വാഴത്തോട്ടത്തില്‍. എന്റെ പേര് മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം ചൊല്ലി. മൂരിയുടെ കഴുത്തറുത്ത. അപ്പോള്‍ ചീറ്റിയ ചോരയ്ക്കൊപ്പം. കുടമണികളുടെ മുഴക്കം ഞാന്‍ കേട്ടു. കാലുകള്‍ മുകളിലേക്കാക്കി. തല ചരിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്ന. അതിന്റെ കണ്ണില്‍. മരക്കൊമ്പത്ത് ഒറ്റയ്ക്കിരിക്കുന്ന. ഒരു കാക്കയെ കണ്ടു. കണ്ണുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നില്‍ ഇപ്പോഴില്ല. എന്നറിയാത്തതുപോലെ. അതു കിടന്നു. വാരിക്കൊടുത്ത. ഓരോ പൊതി ഇറച്ചിയും. എന്റെ ഉമ്മ.
