Four Feet More: School's Out For Summer!
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/06/schools-out-for-summer.html
School's Out For Summer! Sunday, June 27, 2010. School's been out for a week now, and today is the first day I've been able to really relax. For some asinine reason, I thought it would be a good idea to schedule 3 dental and one doctor's appointment during my first week off of school. What was I thinking? Well, one cavity, 2 extractions and one vaccination later, I'm finally able to have a bit of time to myself. And it is desperately needed. My partner and I took our 50 kindergartners to the Monterey.
Four Feet More: Excellent Feedback
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/07/excellent-feedback.html
Monday, July 26, 2010. Thank you all for the great comments on my last post. Some of you e-mailed me privately as well, which was very helpful. Seriously readers, you RULE. Or a temperature somewhere in the negative range? Well, it just makes me wonder how one goes about without their eyeballs freezing over (that can't really happen, can it? Links to this post. Dont disregard that concern about winter! Oh no, no, no! Thats just cruel and unusual punishment! So hows that Sandy? Do you think that will help?
Four Feet More: Feeling Restless
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/07/feeling-restless.html
Sunday, July 18, 2010. Eamon said no one else in his class had ever climbed a tree either. It made me kind of sad. When I asked what their friends did for fun, both Vika and Eamon said they played video games in their room. Adding to this lack of neighborly feeling is the daily irritation provided by our next-door-neighbors. To the right we have the incessant-honking-car-alarm-family. Does anyone have any suggestions for areas that are family-friendly, with good schools and a nice sense of community?
Four Feet More: Vacation, Part I
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/08/vacation-part-i.html
Vacation, Part I. Wednesday, August 18, 2010. I'm back. Did you miss me? I've been gone for much of the month, and it feels nice to be home, settled back into our normal routines. I did have a couple of great vacations though, the first of which was a road trip to Arizona with the family. We left early on July 30th and drove all day to Tucson, Arizona - my home town. It was a 13-hour drive, but the kids did great. It's amazing how much a portable DVD player can reduce the "are we there yet? Sounds like a...
Four Feet More: Shaggy Do
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/07/shaggy-do.html
Saturday, July 03, 2010. The boy won't let me cut his hair. Every time I say, "Eamon, how about we give you a little trim? He replies, "No thanks. I kinda like my hair like this.". He thinks it makes him look like a Jedi. I think perhaps I should catch him during one of his sleepwalking episodes and cut his hair then. What do you think? Links to this post. We let Connor grow his hair long as long as he took care of it. Its now so long that its a bit crazy and he finally has asked to cut it! A Room to Grow.

Four Feet More: Open letter to our neighbor, who may or may not have OCD
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2009/05/open-letter-to-our-neighbor-who-may-or.html
Open letter to our neighbor, who may or may not have OCD. Monday, May 25, 2009. What we do hold against you however, is the unwarranted use of your car’s horn. Why must you honk your horn repeatedly throughout the day? And not just once, but in three short bursts: Beep! I know that this is probably your car alarm sound, but why must you activate it so often? Are you checking to make sure that your car is still there? Before walking back inside the house. Do you need to make sure the alarm still works?
Four Feet More: Happy Birthday Dear Vika
http://fourfeetmore.blogspot.com/2010/07/happy-birthday-dear-vika.html
Happy Birthday Dear Vika. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Today you turn nine years old. This birthday officially marks your entry into tweenhood (God help us). But those of us who know you personally know that you've been a pre-teen since the age of 4! Don’t worry. We all think your mature attitude is part of your charm. When it’s not driving us crazy. 8221; A study in contradictions - that’s our girl. It would be nice for her to see that I’ve “passed the torch,” so to speak. Links to this post. A lovely lett...

Jeff's Musings – Observations and accumulated wisdom
Observations and accumulated wisdom. Earned Value, Velocity, and Predictability in Software Development. Perhaps one of the least well-understood concepts in agile project management is velocity. Sure, it’s pretty much what it sounds like – the speed at which the team is moving – but having just that high level understanding of velocity undercuts its value and power in bringing predictability to a project. But we all know that software development is not so simple and straightforward. Tasks are far m...

Posted 7 years ago. Roasted Garlic Oregano Butter. Allow ⅓ cup of butter to soften in a bowl. I usually cut it up in cubes as it’ll make it easier to “cream” the butter later on. Take a bulb of garlic and take off as much of the outer skin/paper as you can. With a serrated knife, cut off the very top part of the bulb to expose the inside of each clove. Drizzle with olive oil, season with a bit of salt and pepper and wrap up in a piece of aluminum foil. Place in a 350º oven for 45 minutes to an hour.

Engineering Design Course6 Course15 Ski Powder Fly Current. Dear Matt - How your email to me could have gotten a response. You're trying to reach out to a lot of people and I am one of them, but you didn't say anything personal about me or our company. Nothing in the FOUR. Sales emails I have ignored (the ones where you said, ". Don’t mean to be a bother here. It's time for us to have a talk. It would not be charming if you snapped a picture of your billboard and emailed it to me. Now for the coup de maî...
Jeff Klein: Web Log
Jeff Klein: Web Log. Jeff Klein Samples – Home. 8220;Get On Up” is a film based on the life and moves of James Brown. Chadwick Bosman is outstanding as the Godfather of Soul. It’s a really good movie with great beats the producers (Mick Jagger, Brian Grazer and six other Caucasians*) were smart enough to use outtakes of songs we’ve funked on for years. And here’s a silver certificate bill, the type they should have shown, as was used in the 1940s:. Now go see this movie! The Recovery of 2015. The worst e...
