Sunday, January 8, 2017. Roof work on the northeast quadrant of the building was completed about a week before Christmas and repairs due to the leaks earlier in the year are well under way. The roofing company still plans to do the southeast quadrant before the Spring. We'll see if the weather permits it. Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Many things came together this past week. A break in the rainy weather was key to being able to get everything done. The pool was set up well ahead of time. Other things such as fixes to balcony railings were high on the list too. This week less critical things are being finished such as unit numbers, area for new 9-bike rack, and a bulletin board that we hope will help owners and renters stay up to date with what's going on. Weather forecast for the weekend are.
