The 6 story sky scrapper was built in 1907 in the Beaux-Arts design style. The pillars on the right are part of the courthouse building. Design guidelines for the West Chester historic district. I did a pretty good job, but it has a tiny drippy leak there. It still holds water really well, although if it ever winds up empty again, I'll recaulk it and see if I can't get it to stop.
