I have invented a few healthy comfort foods that are really hitting the spot right now; protein rich but not too calorie-rich. Enjoy! Fat 11.25 g. In connection to the "Only Human." post: I have been feeling more like my hyper, energetic self lately; I am stronger in the gym and my runs are steady and consistent; and my closet has changed from things-that-have gotten-snug-on-me to things that hang well on me again. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. I had my first outdoor run yesterday since September 2! It felt good. It did feel like I just got off the treadmill when I was done. I wish I would have had warmer gloves because it took 3 kilometers before my fingers were warmed up. The rest of me was warm enough. It was a lot colder out then I thought.
