We have forgotten how to concentrate on only the important things. It's good to plan and work for the future, but we also need to slow down and enjoy being in the present as well as. They found that those who slept for less than six hours a night put on more weight than those who slept for seven or eight hours each night. The research published in the Journal Sleep found those who did. Our natural sleep/wake cycle is called the circadian cycle or rhythm, and is the 24 hour period of when we wake, sleep and feel hungry.
