Friday, October 19, 2007. This morning I called my Mum, she told me today is the Chongyang Festival. In China the 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. On the Double Ninth Festival, people usually climb mountains or towers (people do this just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in), appreciate chrysanthemum flowers, drink chrysanthemum wine, and eat double-ninth cakes. In Chinese, cake has the same pronunciation with height.

Monday, July 30, 2007. Today I went shopping for supper. I saw many kinds of crabs in the seafood shop. But I didn't like any of them. I miss the Chinese Mitten Crabs! They are so delicious! Sunday, July 29, 2007. I’d like to visit Coober Pedy, because of all the opal mining towns in Australia there is none quite like Coober Pedy! Thursday, October 18, 2007. We went to Bundeena for our excursion last term. The weather in that day was very strange. Sometimes shining and sometimes raining. On the way back to the club we met a very heavy rain. Luckily, most of us brought our umbrella. After had our lunch in the club we went back to Cronulla. I didn’t go back home on the instant. Last week,I went to Bundeena with my teacher and my classmates.We went there by train and ferry and walked.Bundeena is a beautiful national park.I felt tired,but this travel was exciting.Sometimes it rained sometimes it was sunny.I liked the surprises.I've seen many animals line on these older stone.I've taken some pictures for it.There was quiet,and no more people in there.I like it.I had a fantastic a day!
