We flew to Denver and drove south, the opposite direction, to visit the U.S. Air Force Academy and "Garden of the Gods" in Colorado Springs. Our tour guide describing the Cathedral at the Academy. The cross, at the front of the sanctuary, is formed like an airplane wing. The pipe organ, located at the rear of the sanctuary, has over 4,300 pipes. We met, fell in love, got married, had a baby, and are loving life. Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Its that wonderful time of year! Other than that, Josh and I have been playing around with the food dehydrator that we borrowed from my parents. We tried bananas, but Josh threw them away after he tasted them. They didn't taste as good as the ones you buy, probably because those ones are fried, not dehydrated. They have to be boiled, frozen, then dehydrated. We do love the beef jerky that we make though!
