Some bodhi to love. Monday, March 19, 2012. Bodhi decided that he really wanted an Angry Birds party. He's been really into playing the game so we decided to go with that theme for his birthday party this year. For decorations we started with Angry Birds plates, cups and napkins, all store-bought. Some bodhi to love. Saturday, March 19, 2011. Wednesday was Bodhi's 3rd birthday, so Ray and I took the day off work to take Bodhi to Disneyland (of course)! We had a great day, even though it was a bit crowded. Sherry and the kids met us there later in the afternoon. Some bodhi to love. Friday, June 1, 2012. The real news, however, is that Kira is walking! She took her first steps last weekend and has been gaining more and more confidence walking between items and people. I typically put her down a few steps away and she will walk right over. She even walks to Bodhi when he's nearby and he cheers for her and gives her a hug. I'll get a video of that up as soon as possible, because it's adorable. Congratulations, Kira! You're officially a toddler! More or Less in PDX.

He doesn't seem to be at all troubled by a little baby moving in on his turf. He always wants to help out with his little sister and has been a big help with feedings, diapers and bathtime. Some bodhi to love. Thursday, December 29, 2011. We are slowly getting through the pile of presents, etc. left over from Christmas. It's taking a while to find a place for everything and Bodhi keeps taking out toys that I've already put away. I think that it'll probably be a while until our place returns to something resembling normal. Until then, we're taking a relaxed attitude about the mess.
