Small handful of chilli and lime cashews. 1 baked potato with black bean chilli, leftover from yesterday. 2 glasses of sauvignon blanc. Spinach and ricotta cannelloni and salad. Leftover leek, mushroom and barley stew. More toast but this time with honey. Scrambled eggs with toast and tomato. Half a black bean burrito with roasted potato and kumara.
