It was our Georgia turn for Thanksgiving this year. We decided to break up the drive and stay in Memphis a night both there and back. If you track it with me, that means driving through Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and North Carolina to get where we were going. Isn't that wonderful? Granted, it was just a dusting but SNOW WAS FALLING as we dug into our stockings! As you can see,. One is enjoying them. Thank you Grammy for the looooooong-coveted Lego set! After being drug to the toy aisle 37 different times over this, there is much relief in our home tonight. Day 8, so blessed! Days 6 and 7.

Greg and I used to live in Tulsa (me for 8 years). We weren't even married a year before Greg's job moved us to Memphis. It was hard to leave, but some good friends thoughtfully gave us a snow globe with the city of Tulsa in it. It plays the song, 'Oklahoma! So, this time we met him. The Driller! I think he gets it now.
