The history of the Braastad family stretchesover centuries, but the story of Braastad Cognac started in 1875 when a young man founded his very own House of Cognac on the banks of the River Charente. This noble XO is a perfect marriage of some of the best and oldest cognacs from the Grande and the Petite Champagne, which are the leading quality regions in Cognac. The quality designation Fine Champagne requires that at least half the cognac in the blend comes from the Grande Champagne region and the rest comes from Petite Champagne. Velkommen til Braastad's Epler. Gården heter Aske nordre og ligger på Nes i Hedmark, sørvendt med fin utsikt mot Mjøsa og Totenlandet. På grunn av den sørvendte beliggenheten så er det gunstige forhold for fruktproduksjon, og det er knyttet lange tradisjoner til denne produksjonen her. I tillegg til epler og plommer blir det produsert konsumegg fra 7500 frittgående høner samt korn. Råstoffet blir hentet rett fra epletreet og eplejuicen blir produsert helt uten tilsettingsstoffer. Velkommen til Braastad Gaard. Braastad Gaard et kjempe koselig sted for møter, kurs og seminar. Strategisk plassert midt mellom Oslo og Gjøvik, Hønefoss og Gardermoen, og er kun 30 min. fra flyplassen. Internett, projektor, overhead er er og på plass. I det gamle hønehuset er det klesbutikk, ikke åpent for hvem som helst, kun for deg som kommer hit. Vigdis har en lang fartstid i klesbransjen og klarer derfor ikke å la være.
