Welcome to Bradford Grove. Bradford Grove was established in 1987 with the land purchased from the Estate of Henrietta Humpfrey. It rests on approximately 18 acres and the project was began in 1988 by Bright Properties. It is the 1st zoned zero lot lines in the city with the beginning homes built on White Post Way to the club house, Bradford Grove Lane to Jennifer Place and Angela Way. No two houses were to be constructed alike, which makes each home in the Bradford Grove Community unique.
