Professional / Triathlete: Los Angeles Marathon
http://christremonte.blogspot.com/2013/05/los-angeles-marathon.html
Getting the best of both worlds! Thursday, May 9, 2013. Ari found an excellent Macklemore-style long coat with a fur lining. I found a way-too-small pink puffy coat with a fur lining and some blue jeggings. It was $%#$ing awesome! My spandex Bacon Suit and handlebar mustache were also awesome, and I got extra crowd support the whole way. Gotta try to find a photo…. I struggled to step on and off curbs for the rest of the day, and walking down stairs hurt for about a week. No other races on my calendar ye...

Simplicity in Chaos: April 2010
http://jackcartwright.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
The thoughts and experiences of a triathlete trying to fit it all in. Monday, 19 April 2010. Look for this blog to become more dynamic as I will start to approach topics other than my personal journey in this sport. I will start to share ideas on products that I use, nutrition and race strategies, and other more (hopefully) useful topics for endurance athletes. Thursday, 15 April 2010. Oh well, back to my taper. Simplicity in Chaos: Training Camps
http://jackcartwright.blogspot.com/2010/06/training-camps.html
The thoughts and experiences of a triathlete trying to fit it all in. Friday, 4 June 2010. What I found in Mallorca was a cyclists paradise, decent running and an average place for swimming. In March, the sea is still very cold and there aren't tons of pools available (I did find one decent one in Palma) and our hotel had a 50m outdoor pool that was not heated (I swam in with my wetsuit.much to the amusement of the other guests). Everybody Is Free to Wear Sunscreen: May 2009
http://ciaratiara.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Everybody Is Free to Wear Sunscreen. Monday, May 11, 2009. The run was nothing to speak of either Quite a terrible 1st Tri. Last year, I went back to the Texas Ski Ranch (TSR) where the Rookie happens each year as well, and while I had a much better overall experience, I still ended up with a messed up result on the scoreboard because for some reason, they marked my age as 13 instead of 26 (no clue how this could have happened! And my swim leg was a ridiculous 32 minutes for 300m! Bike - 11.1 miles.

George's blog: May 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 14, 2009. Bi-Monthly Blog update part II. I swam tuesday, so according to a previous post that means it's time to update my blog too. Nothing real exciting but alot of it! On another note Turq at Xterra Wetsuits messaged me about sending a transition bag, which I'm assuming is new, so that's definitely a product worth checking out. Maybe a product review or comparison report to my current RSS bag? Check for that one in a week or two. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009/06/12-hours.html
Saturday, June 20, 2009. As always the support from everyone keeps me going, so thanks for that. Aside from the race, Coeur D'Alene is beautiful. The summers here are alot like the winters in Austin, and low humidity. After the race we're road-tripping to Montana until Thursday, then back to Spokane, Wa. for our Friday morning flight home. I'm already homesick though. Post-race update monday! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Fastest bikes money can buy. Ironman CDA Race Report.

George's blog: October 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 19, 2009. Yeah, it's time to start the annoying race-day count down again. Not really. Aside from triathlon, I'm STILL a student getting my ass kicked by long commutes, early classes, and work overloads of stuff I usually don't understand. Nothing new. This may seem like "George's complaint blog" but truth is I enjoy doing everything I do. Wether it's then and there, or what I get to walk away with . Let's hope Longhorn is one of those "then and there" experiences! View my complete profile.

George's blog: January 2009
http://triguygeorge.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 25, 2009. Now I'm sitting on the couch doing laundry suffering through a sinus infection I got while standing around waiting for awards. Congratulations to everyone who raced FYF and 3M today, hope everyone has a good week. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. A day of firsts. Monday, January 5, 2009. It was also reassuring because my knee pain is manageable after the run today. I spent all winter worried that I wouldn't heal as fast as I did and have to start training late. So all's good.
