Placek na maślance, szybki i pyszny. Truskawkowy sezon w pelni, upieklam więc ciasto które rekomendowala Atina. Przepis znalazlam wczesniej na forum Cincin. Maslankę stosowalam do wypieku chleba, lecz ciasto pieklam pierwszy raz z jej użyciem. Placek jest bardzo smaczny.powiem więcej, jest pyszny. Ponieważ wykonanie jest bardzo proste, a owocowy sezon wlasnie się zaczyna, myslę więc że warto ten przepis polecic. Przepis cytuję za Tobatką:. Dienstag, 28. September 2010. Beim abendlichen Stöbern in meinen Backbüchern bin ich in Maggie Glezer's Artisan Baking. Auf ein interessantes Ringbrot gestoßen. Lediglich 0,3 g Trockenhefe im Vorteig sollen in diesem Brot für Triebkraft sorgen. Klingt spannend und abenteuerlich, aber ich hab mich noch am selben Abend auf dieses spannende Abenteuer eingelassen und den Vorteig zubereitet. Einer für Alle (EfA) eben. Ich habe jetzt mit diesem wunderbaren Teig einen Hefezopf gebacken, den ich mit Pflümli gefüllt habe.
