Dizajnirano da bude slatko. Svi ste već čuli za klipiće i pravite ih na razne načine. No ovi naši Varaždinski su stvarno posebni. Izvana hrskavi a unutra mekani ko duša. Meni najbolji kad su punjeni. Donosim vam recept ali i foto tutorial kako da nafrčete najljepše klipiče. Ostavite na toplom da udvostruči volumen (oko 40-50 min). Od tijesta radite loptice nešto manje od teniskih i slažite ih na nauljenu podlogu. Jedan dio radne površine lagano nauljite. Pecite na 220°C oko 10-15 min. Pravila sam ih neda...

Kada je obično za desert neka vrsta finog biskvita koji je još fino dodatno aromatiziran dali nekim alkoholnim likerom ili nekim finim likerom od agruma i uz dodatak topinga od čokolade takav se desert kod nas ne jede naravno osim moje bolje polovice i mene. Mi ih jako i volimo ali ih ja iskreno tako rijetko pečem baš iz tog razloga što ih djeca ne jedu dok nisam pronašla ovaj recept. A toliko jednostavan i pun mirisa i okusa. 100 g čokolade za kuhanje. 120 g šećera u prahu.
