January has been a busy busy month for us. Hannah started back to school the first week of January. The second week of January I started back to school, online for this semester for Graphic Design; I received a calling in Primary (CTR 4), and my sister and her kids came for a visit from Alaska! That week was a lesson in time management for sure! Some of the highlights of the month were:. Hannah is starting to learn to jump on horseback! Going to the Phoenix Zoo:. We pet some Stingrays in Stingray Bay.

This is actually a pretty good movie about a hockey player who gets teamed up with a rich, spoiled figure skater to try and win the Olympics. Sunday, March 13, 2011. Day 25: A Recipe. I have been waiting for this one for quite a while. Just remember not to knock it before you try it. Italian-Style Beef and Pepperoni Soup (Modified). 1 lb Hamburger. 4 Pepperoni links (not the pre-sliced). 1 bundle Green Onions. 2-3 cans Italian-Style Stewed Tomatoes. 3-4 cans Kidney Beans undrained. Garlic, Oregano, Basil, and Thyme to taste. You will need a big pot! Only half the lethal dose of daily salt intake) :). 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Sunday, March 13, 2011.
