PTSD- A Few Resources. July 28, 2015. July 28, 2015. Unfortunately, there is still a stigma that goes along with getting therapy for PTSD, and many never seek help in any way. These resources offer treatment options besides therapy. I am a believer in therapy, and believe there is no shame in seeking help. But for the person who is not ready for that step, I am grateful other alternatives exist. The National Center for PTSD. This app offers even more than this though and I recommend checking it out.

Tisdag 14 januari 2014. Intervaller, högintensiva, är för jäkla bra när tiden är knapp. Det gäller att passa på när lillskruttan sover eller är nöjd en stund i tex gåstolen. Fredag, måndag och tisdag har jag kört HIIT, 6 intervaller a 20 sek med 1,40 vila mellan. Efter 15 sek bränner det i låren någe nog!
