Elaboradas con mazapán y rellenas de yema de huevo cocida con azúcar, dulce típico de Navidad. El relleno, en lugar de la yema de huevo, lleva dulce de feixoa. Cuya receta escribí antes. Cómo se elabora el mazapán:. 250 g de almendra cruda molida. 240 g de azúcar molido. 1 cucharada de miel. 1 clara de huevo grande.
