13 week maintenance inspection →. December 27, 2011. Our first Christmas in our new home has been fantastic! Even with the continuous rain (which thankfully let up for Christmas Day and most of Boxing Day) nothing could dampen our spirits when we woke on Christmas morning. Santa may have left lots of gifts under the tree for the kids, but the best gift of all was our new home! We have decided to put in a pool! That, I guess, is the biggest news! So now we have a week off before we have to go back to work...

It toook exactly 170 days from the date we got our council approval to the handover date . For those who are intrested in numbers and statistics the wisdom build process spanned over,. 5 months, 17 days,. 24 weeks (rounded down). 14,688,000 seconds. November 1, 2009 at 9:32 AM. NIRMAN - Our Dream Home @ The Ponds, Sydney. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Update 17 : The Crown! Good progress last week . Our fantastic brickie handed over the place to have gutters installed . On Thursday another major milestone. Completed with the crown. Finally we now have a roof! The roofing crew demonstrated. Fantastic teamwork to complete both sarking. The Providence and Impression had a great design and we felt that it was more suited to us, although I would rather the Impression, the price tag is way over our budget.
