Tuesday, December 17, 2013. Okay I think I'm decided on definitely moving. I even actually posted several entries over at the new place last week. It just feels like a good time for a change. :). I really hope you will join me over there. If I were really tech-y smart I might could do an automatic redirect, but then those creepers from those awful sites would automatically be on my new blog. Which is, you now, counter to the point of moving. So.good thing I'm not good at all this stuff. Links to this post.

Thread by Thread: M-m-makeover time! (again)

http://buildingwiththreads.blogspot.com/2012/01/m-m-makeover-time-again.html

Saturday, January 21, 2012. Our home is sweet - home, sweet home. Lovely, and I love it. And it is cozy. {smile} Our house is basically one great big room with a hall and bedrooms. Our eat-in kitchen is fully open, divided only by a half-wall, to the living room; and fully open to the sunroom/playroom by a french doorway with no doors on it. So around Christmas I started begging Hubby to help me rearrange the playroom and get a computer armoire, and we've finally finished, yay! My, my - there actually is.

Thread by Thread: Home again, home again - jiggety jig!

http://buildingwiththreads.blogspot.com/2009/07/home-again-home-again-jiggety-jig.html

Thursday, July 23, 2009. Home again, home again - jiggety jig! Even though I didn't go "To market, to market, to buy a fat pig," I always kind of repeat this "home again" line over and over to myself for the first few days we're home. I felt compelled to tell you that, because, you know, you just don't know enough weird things about me yet. Anyway, so blogging about those things will have to wait until I have pictures to share. Because I know that you're not interested in a blog post without pictures.

http://buildingwiththreads.blogspot.com/2008/09/out-of-mouths-of-babes.html

Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Out of the mouths of babes. Wild Man is eating his lunch. I gave him an admittedly generous portion of goldfish after he finished his sandwich, and I was getting a few things done while he ate. Wanting to check on his progress, I called to him, "Have you eaten all your crackers? He sighed and said, "So many crackers, Mama.". September 10, 2008 at 1:39 PM. What a fun guy. Thread by Thread: Here, there, and everywhere

http://buildingwiththreads.blogspot.com/2013/10/here-there-and-everywhere.html

Friday, October 4, 2013. Here, there, and everywhere. Hi I'm just going to give you a moment to catch your breath, because we all know that the sight of a tiny, precious human takes it away for a moment. This is the New Guy, just one day old, shortly after we arrived home from the hospital. There was a rare moment of sunshine in which he chilled and basked (via windows in the playroom) before the bottom fell out. Again. It rained. An awful lot. And it was amazing and a little bit insane. We sent the 4 ol...

Living Out Loud: March 2011

http://leebeep.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Monday, March 14, 2011. The garden bed layout is finished, with some pretty significant changes from last year. I had begun with Eliot Coleman's crop rotation. As a starting point last year, which was good, but definitely needed some tweaking this year. Here it is:. Those are our nine beds, left to right. The pile in the upper left corner are 2 herbs I won't be including in the raised beds and 3 veggies that took over. And somewhere open for the candy roaster. Perhaps some frogs will find a home there too.

Karen & Russ Ayers: February 2015

http://karenandrussayers.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Karen and Russ Ayers. Monday, February 9, 2015. It's almost been four weeks now that our second son entered our little world.and once he decided to come, he was quick and he was ready to introduce his sweet little self to us. So, this birth story was quite different and pretty eventful compared to our other two. And very fast! But, I showered and then got in bed which Russ was already in. It was just before midnight. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to ...

Karen and Russ Ayers. Sunday, July 26, 2015. Her last day of pre-k 3. Two weeks ago, Ella celebrated her last day in Pre-k3. Can't hardly believe it. I was a little emotional that day, thinking that she only has one more year until the real deal.kindergarten! I was so proud (even had to take a picture of her first ever 100 grade)! Proud of my girl for listening, learning and really paying attention.it's not easy at their age. Enjoying their sno-cones inside after their pizza party. Her last day of pre-k 3.

Karen and Russ Ayers. Sunday, July 26, 2015. Trying a new thing here. Hoping I can keep up with my blog and some of what's going on in life these days by doing a monthly recap. Since I take so many pictures, and well, life is crazy.maybe this will help to document and remember. Here's the month of May (in pictures):. We took another trip to the zoo. This was Mothers Day when Nana, Staci and Curtis came. Trying hard to keep the little one safe but big brother now climbs the chairs :/. I love finding this.

Most of the weekend shoveling snow after our 54" snow fall this week (series of storms from Tuesday through Friday). Adam also firmed up the support under the stairway (SOO much nicer than the ladder we've had for so many months)! Sunday, January 10, 2010.

Building with Wisdom Homes. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. The house is ours! Met our SS at midday today, went over things that had been fixed and what was left to do. Had a quick look around, everything looked good! So next stop was Narellan, a good hours drive but well worth the wait. Handed over the final payment and got some shiny metal in return. Oh and a gift pack too! Timber booked in for tomorrow, should take two days to complete. Also a little bit of concreting too. Monday, August 29, 2011. House i...

Our Wisdom Majestic Knockdown Rebuild. 48 days in Construction. August 20, 2014. August 20, 2014. The brickies are doing a good job so far and the bricks are mostly level with even mortar joints. We’re liking the colour – especially offset with the dark window frames. Spoke to one of the friendly bricklayers and he told us the bricking will be finished in three weeks! Unfortunately, a day later, the storms came and put a kybosh on further bricking for the time being. Plumbing, meter box and bricks arrive.
