Building with Wisdom Homes. Sunday, August 14, 2011. At this stage the kitchen had started to get installed. All looked well from a distance. We were a bit worried how the nib wall (servery style wall behind sink to hide tap and dish-drainer etc) would look. But in my opinion it turned out great especially since we had done it in polyeurathane. Now I understand this is an upgraded kitchen, but if they are doing so much as indenting a wall they should have at least pointed out this difference to us?

The plumber came and installed all of the other toilets and dug up the front yard and connected into the sewer. Never thought I would be so excited to flush a toilet! Daniel from DRH landscaping came down and scrapped out the driveway and prepaid the alfresco ready for the concrete. He was such a nice guy and didn't hesitate to help you out. We told him how hard it was to get concretors out for a quote and said, 'No problem I will give you a price now and have it done before you move in'. Job solved. Highly recommended! Our Wisdom Majestic 35.

Our driveway and alfresco got poured yesterday and the rest of the concreting will be done on 8.8.11. The guys did a wonderful job and were very efficient. Our carpet was still being done and he told us that the extra carpet required will be coming on Friday so he can complete it. I will take some photos when we move in and you can see the final product. Monday, 8 August 2011.

I got in contact with the necessary people and with the right approach and appreciation for helping me out, I got the information i needed together with the document all in 1 day. SO I notified our SS and was very pleased and the office to get this sewer connected! The plumber should be there on Tuesday to connect it all up! 4811 - No driveway.

Our Wisdom Majestic Knockdown Rebuild. 48 days in Construction. August 20, 2014. August 20, 2014. The brickies are doing a good job so far and the bricks are mostly level with even mortar joints. We’re liking the colour – especially offset with the dark window frames. Spoke to one of the friendly bricklayers and he told us the bricking will be finished in three weeks! Unfortunately, a day later, the storms came and put a kybosh on further bricking for the time being. Plumbing, meter box and bricks arrive.

Sunday, April 18, 2010. Pool is finished at last. Our pool is at last finished to bad it is to cold to swim now, but i did go in today even tho it wasnt hot enough to go for a swim today. it took our pool builder( jackson pools) as long as it did for wisdom to build our house.
