Departing Well # 4 on the Titchilla track, we stopped via Port Hedland to drop off some fresh fish at my brothers place. 332k's, 5hrs 19min (driving time) later we pulled up at Bea Bea Rest area for the night. Off early and checked into the Karajini NP by 0830hrs and soon out walking the Gorge. The things we do for fun! Okay - 'Been There, Done That'. Lost count how many carriages, it was 'LONG'.

Departing Geues mid morning heading for Yorke Peninsular and the River Land. 1hr 40 minutes from camp site to Eyre Hwy, again no tree pruning required. Pulled into the old Yalata servo to top up the drinking water from the rain water tanks and inflate tires. A vehicle that had passed us earlier was looking for 'FUEL' - more about Dino and Frank later! An easy walk up onto the rock.

Ayers Rock was named in 1873 by explorer William Gosse after the then Premier of S.A. Sir Henry Ayers.
