My Life in India. A Day at the Market. Early one recent morning the children and I visited a local market in order to buy some fruits and vegetables. This particular market was built in the 1800's by the British - the architecture is so beautiful, and we were able to purchase lots of delicious goodies! My Life in India. This past weekend our family was invited to Kolaphur, India to spend time with new friends. After a four hour drive (we have really missed road trips, so the drive was really nice! My Life in India. It has been a bit busy around here, as seen by the infrequent blog posts! The children and I have started our 2011-2012 school year (schools here are out from mid-April - first of June), and have been busy learning language as well as gearing up for the ministry I will do at a local school here.
