Bobs Bread and Pickles. Sunday, 22 May 2011. A day with Red Hot Sal! Not quite what you think! I spent last Thursday on a one to one tutorial day with Redhot Sal, AKA Sally Carver. In her studio learning the basics of lampwork. She is a brilliant teacher and I learned a lot, all I have to do now is try and remember it all. I don't think it was proper silver foil/leaf! Beach bead with seaweed and barnacle. Spent a couple of hours today on the torch and after pulling a couple of stringers and some murrini!

I had a rod of Filigrano Bluestone, but again I think I went too hot or did not put enough bluestone on the beads. These are five with bluestone and four plain turquoise etched. Saturday, November 29, 2014. This year, I decided that I wanted to keep with my endo diet and cook an all organic Thanksgiving meal. I have never cooked such a large meal for Thanksgiving before. I was so nervous that the food wouldn't turn out that good, but I was so shocked! I prepped all the food the night before because I felt a terrible endo flare coming on. By the end of cooking the meal on Thanksgiving, I was bed ridden. But it was worth it. Wednesday, November 19, 2014. 1 small organic carrot.
