Saturday, November 29, 2014. This year, I decided that I wanted to keep with my endo diet and cook an all organic Thanksgiving meal. I have never cooked such a large meal for Thanksgiving before. I was so nervous that the food wouldn't turn out that good, but I was so shocked! I prepped all the food the night before because I felt a terrible endo flare coming on. I remember when I was younger I had such an amazing digestive system. I could eat Chinese food, pizza, and ice cream in one sitting and feel fine the next day.
