Life, needlework and everything. Tuesday, December 27, 2011. It has been an exciting month and I finally have a chance to breath! The biggest excitement is one of my gifts from my husband - The Cabinet of Curiosities Course. Part of my busy December was finishing this pillow as a gift for my mother in law. I took a Fabulous Fillings course with Joyce Lukomski. Back in October at our regional EGA meeting and used her filling designs to create this wavy pillow. I used Planet Earth Fiber. This pinkeep is fr...

Isn't it amazing to see it all together? It was truly gratifying to hear so many people exclaim about the jac...

Life, needlework and everything. Monday, April 30, 2012. Time Flies and the Coif Progresses! Can you believe the progress on the coif! Catherine Jordan, our chapter president and teacher and designer par excellence, has been working on the coif for the past few months and when I picked it up from her I was amazed. I can't believe how wonderful it is looking. Every new flower just makes it more beautiful, and the goldwork Catherine added enhances the whole thing. My SIL at Kyrotime. Crazy Daisy - Mandy.
