C25K Odyssey

A slightly whiney blog about my attempt to conquer the Couch to 5K running program. Friday, May 13, 2011. Technology is just too much. I liked it, though. Discovered that Week 1 is not 5 or 6 repetitions of run 1 min, walk 90 seconds; it's 8. Passed just one person on the trail today. Well, I say this, but in truth, he passed me on a bike.
