Sunday, October 4, 2009. Our trip to Salt Lake. Ryan took off Friday so we decided to take a little trip to Salt Lake. We took trax. Into the city. The kids loved it on the way down and hated it on the way back. We took a tour of the conference center ( I hope Claire isn't offended it was either her or the temple). We also took a tour of the new family history library. Of course we did a little shopping at gateway and ran through their Olympic fountain. Favorite part of the day. October 4, 2009 at 6:11 PM.

Sunday, November 1, 2009. BYU homecoming weekend was very eventful at our house this year. The cougar fun run was on Saturday morning and we signed each of the kids up to race. Thursday, August 27, 2009. Although Logan and Janai started school on the 19th, Kaleb's first day was the 26th. He had been nervous for weeks but on the day he didn't even turn around when Ryan and I left. This is Kaleb's teacher, Mrs. Carpenter. It was also Kaleb's first soccer game. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. What we've been up to. Logan is as active as ever. He always seems to find some activity to throw himself into. His latest thing is biking. He spends hours taking his bike apart and putting it back together. He's always trying to make it better or faster somehow. He also enjoys making and testing out jumps in the lot near our house. Our Christmas season consisted of fun family traditions. We went bowling, caroling, sledding, to a christmas movie, enjoyed lots of good food, some time at the Wright Christmas party, and we enjoyed some time with my parents right before Christmas. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Jeff and Jackie were married on November 29, in the San Diego temple. These are most of the cousins who were at the wedding. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful temple. Jeff and Jackie seamed very happy. For us, November was all about one thing: our trip to San Diego and Anaheim. We were actually at Sea World on Thanksgiving Day. We had our Thanksgiving dinner at Mimi's Cafe. Logan's favorite part of Sea World was petting the sting rays. That's why I love it!

Sunday, November 1, 2009. We had the best Halloween! First of all it was the perfect fall day. We spent the morning at the cherry farm in Santaquin. Where they also do apples and pumpkins. We came home carved pumpkins. And got ready for the big night. Ashley joined us for trick-or-treating and with what seemed like the entire neighborhood. To come over and roast hot dogs. And drink hot chocolate. Jeff and Jackie even came for a little while in between parties. That does sound like so much fun!

Friday, September 5, 2008. Claire's blessing was Saturday August, 30. It was a beautiful blessing but just as each of our other children before her, Claire cried through the entire thing. I think in this case it may have had something to do with how uncomfortable she was in this dress. As soon as I took it off she just layed there peacefully. She has decided that the only way to sleep is on her tummy ( much to the dismay of her mom and especially her dad). She is such a sweet baby. Kaleb has several nick names for her.
