Sunday, July 22, 2012. On our drive back from Las Vegas we stopped and walked across the Hoover Dam. Two things knocked off Jordan's bucket list in one trip. Garth Brooks in concert! Jordan and I went to Las Vegas this weekend to see Garth Brooks in concert! We ate a quick dinner and then walked around. We spent most of our time at the Paris hotel because it was close and we didn't have a lot of time before the concert. That and it was a beautiful hotel. Off to see Garth Brooks! The show was amazing.

Sunday, December 25, 2011. For Christmas this year I told my Mom that I wanted her to make me an apron. I love to cook and have wanted one for a long time but just never got around to getting one. Not only did she sew me a really cute apron but the polk a dot material is from an old dress from my childhood! I got a little choked up when she told me. It made a simple apron into something that is now going to be an heirloom for me and my children. I love it! Game day table runner. Macco Bowl Las Vegas 2011.

Sunday, December 09, 2012. The routine of life has kept us busy and I didn't realize how long it has been since an update. Jordan's parents came down from Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with us. I was a little nervous about hosting Thanksgiving at our house for the first time but everything turned out perfect. I decided to try brining the turkey and it turned out amazing. Sunday, March 04, 2007. Here is what I have been doing lately. Amber's room is the blue and white. Ella's room is the yellow, red and blue (with the crib in it, in case you have any question). Tuesday, September 22, 2009. We decided that instead of driving our car around down town on unfamiliar roads we would opt to utilize public transportation. The first day we woke up early to catch the bus and as we stood at the bus stop we began thinking, "what if this isn't the right bus? Mt Rainier from Tacoma, I'm pretty sure its visible from pretty much everywhere in Washington.(ok maybe not but its huge.). Inside Union Station and a window that is decorated with Dale Chihuley's Glass work.
