Our Nest - Ryan, Amanda, Keaton, Nolan and Tevin: Football Season - Pirate Style
http://kluesnerdewolf.blogspot.com/2010/09/football-season-pirate-style.html
Football Season - Pirate Style. We are three games into the season already! Honestly, why does time go by so fast? Keaton started out the season playing for the Cyprus B team, which is great, but two weeks before the first game he was recruited to the A team! He was so excited and we are proud of him. He has worked so hard! So Tev is on the D team and is having a great time. I'm not that football savvy, so please excuse the lack of details. Tevin is on the left, Nolan, Ryan and Keaton towards the back.

Our Nest - Ryan, Amanda, Keaton, Nolan and Tevin: Berry Wild!
http://kluesnerdewolf.blogspot.com/2010/09/berry-wild.html
Today was a sad day. We had to dig up some of my strawberry plants. They were taking over our garden and I must say, I have not received the crop I hoped for. My ultimate goal is homemade strawberry jam. I've tried for three years and finally I broke down and had to rip some of the plants up. I am not giving up though. I will make homemade jam even if it's 10 years from now! And do you remember the Tabasco pepper plant we had kept from last summer? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What a great Family!

Here is a sample from my most recent portrait session! It was with my my in-laws, Tyson, Megan and their A-DOR-ABLE kids, Macie and Connor. I was able to really see how much Tyson cares for Megan and his kids during this shoot, it melted my heart! Thanks you guys, I loved spending time with you! I have to be brave! I need to grow some guts. When it comes to going after what I want, I usually shy away and think I will do it another day. Here is a sample of what I took. Look on the bright side. Put the dar...

See What I Mean? Cont from previous post:. I told you Mother Nature couldn't make up her mind! Next time I will listen more closely to my instincts.BIG SIGH. I've hesitated planting our garden this year. For whatever reason Mother Nature is not wanting to warm us up here in Utah, she is a typical woman and cannot make up her mind. We get one good day for every six cold/rainy days. I immediately started playing in the dirt. I have some before and after shots for you. Race for the Cure. What a great Family!

Our Nest - Ryan, Amanda, Keaton, Nolan and Tevin: March 2010

At night when it was warmer outside she would open her sliding door in the front room to let the cooler air in. We would sit on her flowered couch and watch TV, I remember Golden Girls. Again I still watch it to this day. I have so many memories I could go on and on. Her house on 9th east, the dresses she made me, her talking car, her swimming pool, the trip to Connecticut she took myself and my cousins on, family parties, Mother's Day at Aunt Cathy's, and her saying "Hi Honey" everytime I saw her. My Au...

Aside from my mishaps, I do manage to have success in the culinary world. My latest discovery is a roo. Yeah, I didn't know what it was either, but prepared the way Market Street does it, it transforms your cream soups like chowders into a restaurant masterpiece! I recently made my Mom's corn chowder recipe using this delicious technique and I was amazed something this good came from my two hands! This last weekend I made broccoli cheddar soup with the same roo and it was just as delectable!

As most of you are well aware, I love photography. Everywhere I go I find random things to take pictures of. I forget however that not everyone is into having their pictures taken, or having to stop while I get the photo I want. I have even had people rip the camera right out of my hands! It was their camera, not mine). I still manage to have "subjects" who are able to cooperate with me and it's an opportunity for me to get some much needed practice and also gives me a chance to do what I love. Today Kea...

Our Nest - Ryan, Amanda, Keaton, Nolan and Tevin: the boys and their talent
http://kluesnerdewolf.blogspot.com/2010/11/boys-and-their-talent.html
The boys and their talent. Look at what Keaton and Tevin have been up too! Keaton made this apron in school! And Tevin shot this photo for the Reflections contest at school. The theme was Teamwork. He shot and edited it by himself. He also won a blue ribbon and advanced to the next stage of the contest! November 10, 2010 at 9:51 AM. How fun. Great apron and great pic. Nice work boys. What a super busy bunch we are. I thought I would take some time and update this little blog of ours. I'm loving this fall storm we are having, but I wish the fall colors would stay all through winter. We celebrated Tevin's 9th birthday this weekend. We kept it low key, but after the football season he is having a birthday party with the kids from his football team. Look at Tevin go! Keaton's too old to play the games. He was able to get a new board along with a new helmet! The HUGE card from Ryan and I.
