The Kissell Place: July 2015
http://thekissellplace.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 30. Daddy had a day off and we headed to the beach and it was my favorite beach trip of all time. My big kids had so much fun playing and jumping in the waves and my babies were happy and content in the sand. The day was perfect and beautiful, Ogunquit did not disappoint! Molly fell asleep the instant we got in the car and we pulled her out of the car, carseat and all, when we ate dinner. She did eventually wake up and eat something and then slept all the way home!

According to Zac: Timeline
http://accordingtozac.blogspot.com/2011/04/timeline.html
The happenings in my little life. Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Then you go to high school, and as much as people think you start finding out "who you are" in high school, college is what makes you really think about it. It's weird to think that just five or six months ago I really didn't want to be journalist. I wanted to change my major to something like marketing or media arts (that one might still be my minor). Life isn't always perfect, but it can be a pretty neat ride if you make it worth it. Subscribe...

The happenings in my little life. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Incidental Lessons From Sugar. Is a writer and generally interesting human being from what I've been able to glean from the little I know about her. She wrote a memoir called Wild. That was then adapted into a major motion picture starring everybody's sweetheart, Reese Witherspoon. Kristina warned me (for which I'm grateful! I have been chipping away at her advice and suggestions and am almost to the end of the book. Readers' problems range ...

The happenings in my little life. Friday, December 20, 2013. A long time ago I wrote a post. About the way my life had changed in a short period of time. I talked about how six months previously I had faced a trial that scared me a lot, but that I conquered it. I mentioned how before that trial I faced something else a few months previously and managed to take care of it and learn a lot in the process. It was cool to chart my growth. And I know what that's like. A OneRepublic song lyric goes like thi...

According to Zac: Adulting is Hard, Adulting is Good
http://accordingtozac.blogspot.com/2015/07/adulting-is-hard-adulting-is-good.html
The happenings in my little life. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Adulting is Hard, Adulting is Good. I felt like I was a pretty sensible teenager and that I kept my angst to a tolerable level. I doubt that anyone that knew me in middle and high school would agree with that, but I felt like I was reasonably well-adjusted. Any leftover angst that I didn't use throughout my teenage years manifested itself today when I got laid off from my job. Yep You read that right. Laid off. And like I've said before. Life is ...

According to Zac: Closure I'll Never Have
http://accordingtozac.blogspot.com/2014/05/closure-ill-never-have.html
The happenings in my little life. Sunday, May 11, 2014. Closure I'll Never Have. I told you all once about how I went to Kentucky. I told you about how my entire life was changed because of those two years that I dedicated to serving others. I can't believe that it has been (almost) 9 months since I returned home from that remarkable adventure. Life has presented me with challenges, but lots and lots of blessings, too. The Kissell Place: March 2014
http://thekissellplace.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 14. Molly - 3 months. Molly is now 3 months old. Instead of sleeping through the night every single night she now sleeps through every once in a while. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted! 1 week, 1 month. 2 months, 3 months. And she has worn it almost every day since. So if you see a picture with her wearing it (or 50), don't be surprised. The GPS told us it was about an 8 or 9 hour drive but that didn't factor in snow or frequent feeding breaks for this one. One of our nursing stops we a...

The Kissell Place: June 2014
http://thekissellplace.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 24. Molly - 6 months. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months. 4 months, 5 months, 6 months. Molly is getting so big! At 6 months she is sitting up very confidently, getting up on hands and knees (but most often getting into the plank position) and scooting on her belly where she wants to go. She is kind of a somber baby.she doesn't give smiles easily. But when she laughs it is BIG. The kids were blowing bubbles on the back porch to her and she was going crazy.so we were too. Papa's visit in iphone pics.

According to Zac: It's Bitter-Sweet
http://accordingtozac.blogspot.com/2013/12/its-bitter-sweet.html
The happenings in my little life. Friday, December 13, 2013. I cry when I least expect it. I was coming to the end of Mockingjay. A hopeless, gory and depressing book. It offers no sense of realism in any way shape or form. Katniss spent the whole book in a stupor, actively trying not. To cope with everything going on in her life. I know she's still here. Who knows how long I have with her? It could be years! Where Adam pleas to God to keep Kristina around longer after she gets sick during her chemo trea...
