Paced the BBOJ to avoid gassing out, finished them at 2:47. Felt strong on the wall balls but broke 30-12 to save the shoulders for the muscle ups. Snatch just felt off today, got under 95kg three times but just kept losing it forward. B C&J; 90%x1x2. 118kg Jerk felt tougher than it should. C Anderson front squat; build to max. 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 105, 110, 115, 117.5, 120, 122.5x. Wow these are tough! D Front squat; 3x3@80-85%. E Clean pulls; 5x2@110%. 148kg, heavy shit!

Friday, 31 January 2014. 30012014 - Run, HPC, MU, BBJ. 6 hang cleans @100kg. 10 burpee box jumps @24". 16:15 Stayed fairly consistent through the 2 rounds, i finished the first round at 7:49. So only 21 seconds difference between the first and second round. I broke the hang cleans into two sets of 3 and performed them all as hang power cleans, these felt really good! I actually hit a 5 rep max PB of 100kg for hang power clean warming up! Labels: burpee box jump. 10 c2b pull ups.

Small Steps Big Gains. Monday, 16 March 2015. 16032015 - Upper Volume Rowing. After a long hiatus I have decided to start logging my training on line again. Currently my split is a lot of bodybuilding style strength work and long aerobic sessions. Prone pull @ last weeks 5rm (Performed in singles). 7 rounds, ring rows got tough, had to break them up after 4 rounds. CGBP was too light, should have used 50-60kg. RFESS; 3x12; 2 mintue rest. 16/hand, legs were pumped! Back extension; 3x20. 30 minute Z1 row.
