Well okay, a couple of days in my early 20's and a few times in my early 30's. Never a consistent feeling of being beautiful though. 160; . 160; Someday you will be glad you did.

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 189; cup ketchup. 1 to 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

Saturday, January 11, 2014. 3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 cube chicken bouillon. 1 teaspoon dried parsley. 1 pinch ground black pepper. 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups milk. 1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese. 1 cup chopped cooked ham. In a separate bowl mix flour and milk. Once it is well blended, add to soup mixture and cook until soup becomes thick.

Makes 6 servings, 2 muffins each. 1 pkg (6 ounce) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken. 3 tbsp Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits. 189; cup Kraft Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese.
