http://malvernbirder.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 29 March 2011. Not exactly what I expected, no hides. Just a few screens dotted here and there. The Birds.well there wasn't that much. Really although thinking of it I probably. Should have visited in the winter time. As I say there was very little to see apart. From the normal odd Grey Heron here and. There and a few little Egrets. Ducks were. Pretty sparse too with only the normal. The pathway that runs along the side of. The reserve is fairly long with only a few. Maybe good opportunities here.

Wednesday, 29 December 2010. Bolam then back to Blyth. I headed across to Bolam lake today with my good friend Keith Reeder. The weather was horrible with low light and lots of fog but we stuck it out and actually enjoyed our day out even though my photographs were far from any good! Here's the best of a bad bunch, all high ISO and slow shutter speads (I think the lowest ISO I managed today was 1000.). Monday, 27 December 2010. Had a quick look around the bates pit site on Boxing day. Back to Amble late ...

If anyone fancies a trip out in a helicopter these are definately the guys to book with. Here's a few of the sights you'll see from the air. Here's a few of my aviation images, hope you like them as much as my wildlife images. Its been a long learning curve to find the best settings and techniques for aircraft but i'm getting there. Mark Mowbray Photography: February 2012
http://markmowbrayphotography.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Monday, 13 February 2012. A new Seo site for me at Cramlington. Over the past few weeks i've noticed a couple of SEO's in a field at Cramlington with very good vantage points from inside my car so I thought i'd have a go at photographing them. The day I headed across they just didn't want to come very close but I managed a couple of half decent record photos. Hopefully my next trip across will produce better results. Mark Mowbray Photography: September 2010
http://markmowbrayphotography.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, 30 September 2010. Some of my followers might have noticed a lack of posts from me since my spotted flycatcher? This was mostly due to the fact that while taking the images of the spot fly I accidentally dropped my 30D with 100-400 lens attached splitting the camera body right down the side of it and basically writting it off. (they don't bounce off tarmac very well! All of the above were taken at the QEII country park at Ashington. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Back to ...

Roll on spring time for some sun so I can get some low ISO shots for a change - these are ISO 800 - 1000 again. As the light f...
