Wednesday, 29 April 2015. 大概只有吃了感冒藥，讓身體頓一下，文字才能回來找我。這一兩年，其實過的不錯，只是看不清。看不清的人，轉牛角尖，是不快樂的。 厭倦身體過多脂肪的累贅。厭倦肉體下的自卑感。厭倦在意別人眼光的自己。瘦下來了，身體過多的累贅成為了內心的累贅，累贅下的自卑感與在意別人眼光的自己依然存在。有點氣憤，怎麼走了一大圈，還是活在別人的嘴裡。 A：不是，因為別人要說什麼應該是他家的事。我的生活有自己的邏輯和脈動。 A：不是，因為忠言逆耳，其中的真心話，還是要聽。 在行動之中，當汗水嘩啦啦的撒下，當情緒快要失控的時候，運動停止了。稍作休息，嗶聲一起，再繼續。 A：感冒藥在體內作怪，仍未看清。只能慢慢用時間體會。 就如，我和我身體的關係，我是農夫，她是一畝田。 耕耘＋時間＝回報。 Posted by pJ ong.
