Despite some protests from my legs and lungs, I’ve upped my normal summer running regime these past few weeks in order to post a decent (i.e. not too embarrassing) time in the Square Mile Run next month. On the fund-raising front, so far we’ve raised 660 and are well on the way to our goal. Many thanks to all those of you who have donated or pledged!
