Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Making messes and more messes. But most messes make for happy children playing. So I will take that any day. It's always fun to hang out just the girls when the boys are at school and work. We made a special trip to the mall to check out the new play area. And get a quick snack favorite, pretzel nuggets. Last week of swimming lessons for the year! And starting in January the kids are going to be in the same class which will make it so much easier for me! So proud of her.

Monday, September 23, 2013. End of Summer photos. Lizzie playing with Tat's boyfriend Chase. We went for a walk to the pond where Lizzie fed the ducks. Abbie slept on the way back and Tav woke up. The results from our garden. Abbie rolls to a location, then explores what she finds there. Tav has been getting up on his knees and rocking. Any day now he'll figure out what to do with his hands. I generally dislike the many, many posts I read from friends, family, and acquaintances about what a horrible year 20xx was and how they have such a great feeling about the upcoming 20xy. It’s always the same. At the end of 20xy there will be a post about how miserable it was and how 20xz has something great in store for them. I dunno if this is one of those posts or not. Maybe it is. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Three months.where did they go? Our little C is fitting right in with our family. She is a complete angel. T and G are a little obsessed with her. That can be pretty overwhelming. Anytime she is on the floor, couch, bed or etc. they seem to. Think they are free to do whatever they please. Kiss, hug, squeeze, grab. I wasn't really prepared for their reaction to her. I kind of thought they wouldn't pay too much attention to her. But they just LOVE her. She is a great sleeper!
