January 2013 In Hindsight. 2013 does not seem to have got off to a brilliant start for me, as I've already had two trips to Casualty; thankfully for the second one I did not have to arrive by ambulance. February has arrived though, and I'm hoping this month is going to be a little less traumatic than last. :). In Rwanda, the country World Vision are focusing on this year, 43 percent of children under five are malnourished. The life expectancy is 63 years of age. AND she said yes! Carla and Brandon first became ("Facebook") friends back in 2007, but it wasn't until April 2013 that they first struck up a conversation. Brandon attended a friends wedding in the Bahamas where Carla was coincidentally working at the time. He posted a picture from Nippers, a world renowned bar on Great Guana Cay, and so their love story began. About a month later they finally laid eyes on each other and May 8, 2013 will forever be the first day of the rest of their lives.
