Catching A Perfect Curve Ball. One woman's journey through sewing, reading books, searching for her passion and living life. Thursday, March 28, 2013. Full moon and 40 degrees is music to my ears. I am so excited to get the bare walking surfaces put to use. Right now it's a skating rink outside my back door, but once that ice melts it's game on. Love the sound of the birds chirping. Just hope next week's 20 degree chill will be temporary. Looks to be a very busy summer! Catching A Perfect Curve Ball.

stumbling gracefully: April 2012
http://evolvingeverso.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Where the grass is greener. Sunday, April 29, 2012. Ever since I was a little girl I have been enamored with fashion. Both my mother and father subconsciously instilled a keen, creative eye for putting items of clothing together and having them become.eye catching. I'm grateful everyday of my life for this little gift. They also taught me the art of thrifting. No (I still do this.). Now, just because I am able to buy something if I want it doesn't mean I do. Even though I love things like. Have to elimin...

Where the grass is greener. Monday, May 28, 2012. Elliot James turns ONE! Words cannot describe. I will say this: life is. Hard; some days are. Easy It's crazy how being a mother lends your attitude from one end of the spectrum to the other. And still, the way I view my life with my family is pure joy. This year in review allows me to see how blessed I am, but also to remain level headed and wise about personal growth. Labels: a year in review. My baby is growing up. Friday, May 25, 2012. It goes by so f...

Where the grass is greener. Monday, January 31, 2011. 19 weeks and internal pitter patters. That means one week until I'm half way through my pregnancy. That is nearly impossible to fathom. 19 weeks down, 21 to go. 147 days left. Baby is 6 inches long and weighs 8.5 ounces. Oy! I just felt the baby in my knee! But not really. You get that, right? PS I'm so happy I have that Kemp's chocolate ice cream back in my freezer. As Lynn reminded me, it's all for Baby. Sunday, January 30, 2011. And his moves are M...

Where the grass is greener. Thursday, April 30, 2015. One of the greatest joys I have ever experienced is a particularly powerful aspect of my relationship with Kris: teamwork. Even reminiscing back to when we were first dating, I remember remarking to my best lady friends how I was always in awe at this kinship Kris and I had, this ability to hear each other out and figure it out, together. Aspect of contagious behavior. Thursday, April 23, 2015. You bet I am! Mom, you're the most beautiful girl I ever ...

stumbling gracefully: Eleven loves
http://evolvingeverso.blogspot.com/2015/04/eleven-loves.html
Where the grass is greener. Thursday, April 23, 2015. For a few brief moments today Clara was out of my arms and sleeping. I snuck into the living room and crept up behind Elliot. He knew I was coming and turned halfway around with a smile on his face and said "Are you coming to play with me? You bet I am! I answered as I reached him and started kissing and hugging and tickling him. His laugh makes my heart flutter, but what he said next nearly made my heart stop. Ohhh, thank you, baby.".

Where the grass is greener. Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Is this really me? This cannot be me. I am not this person. Sometimes. A lot lately. This is not always me. My words of thanks and praise are mumbled under my breath and I am in awe. He is incredible. I soak it in. I breathe him in. I remember that so many days I do take the time to answer every. single. question. I do take the time to listen and love and be, just be. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Catching A Scent of Salt…. Mr Reality’s Class Ceiling. Asymp; 14 Comments. There is a resolute memory of myself standing small and lean against a long, black chalk board as I looked over the expansion of my fourth grade peers peering up at me with mixture of questioning stares and bored frowns. The question was What do you. Want to be when you grow up? So, Mrs. Parrott asks what do you want to be when you grow up? With a sweet smile Mrs. Parrott asked me if that was all; was there nothing else? I then ca...
