stumbling gracefully: April 2015
http://evolvingeverso.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Where the grass is greener. Thursday, April 30, 2015. One of the greatest joys I have ever experienced is a particularly powerful aspect of my relationship with Kris: teamwork. Even reminiscing back to when we were first dating, I remember remarking to my best lady friends how I was always in awe at this kinship Kris and I had, this ability to hear each other out and figure it out, together. Aspect of contagious behavior. Thursday, April 23, 2015. You bet I am! Mom, you're the most beautiful girl I ever ...

Where the grass is greener. Thursday, June 28, 2012. Elliot is wearing his dad's cowboy boots. Need I say more? Ok But really. Kris wore these boots when he was a kid? The cute of it all is almost too much for me to handle. XO. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). This is me. {this is what I'm doing.}. Michigan, United States. View my complete profile. http://evolvingeverso.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Where the grass is greener. Thursday, July 5, 2012. I'm grateful for all I have, independence and freedom included. Making the most of life, each day, each moment, this is a small portion of how 4 July 2012 went. A little mommy/daddy way to start the day. And then on the bikes and off to the beach. In love with my boys. Labels: 4th of July. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This is me. {this is what I'm doing.}. Michigan, United States. View my complete profile. Places I like to visit.

Where the grass is greener. Monday, January 31, 2011. 19 weeks and internal pitter patters. That means one week until I'm half way through my pregnancy. That is nearly impossible to fathom. 19 weeks down, 21 to go. 147 days left. Baby is 6 inches long and weighs 8.5 ounces. Oy! I just felt the baby in my knee! But not really. You get that, right? PS I'm so happy I have that Kemp's chocolate ice cream back in my freezer. As Lynn reminded me, it's all for Baby. Sunday, January 30, 2011. And his moves are M...
stumbling gracefully: Eleven loves
http://evolvingeverso.blogspot.com/2015/04/eleven-loves.html
Where the grass is greener. Thursday, April 23, 2015. For a few brief moments today Clara was out of my arms and sleeping. I snuck into the living room and crept up behind Elliot. He knew I was coming and turned halfway around with a smile on his face and said "Are you coming to play with me? You bet I am! I answered as I reached him and started kissing and hugging and tickling him. His laugh makes my heart flutter, but what he said next nearly made my heart stop. Ohhh, thank you, baby.".

Life is one big learning experience - take what you can. Monday, March 18, 2013. I'm still here, honest. Original image can be found here. Really, I do. I haven't posted a darn thing since just before I left on my vacation- which was aw. And I can't even tell you why, except to say that maybe I left a big chunk of my mojo back in Puerto Rico, or that the mojo I tried to find or recapture in Puerto Rico was out of my reach. I guess I lost my map. Keep giving, friends. Personal Evolution-A Work In Progress.
Roots & Wings: March 2014
http://fixfamilyonline.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Life is one big learning experience - take what you can. Sunday, March 30, 2014. The Here, Up There, and Everywhere. How did I get here? I was standing outside, dressed in jeans and a down jacket- appropriate enough for the weather- yet wrapped from head-to-toe in a wool Pendleton. Blanket. I was smoking a cigarette and staring alternately at my cocktail on the deck post and the falling snow. My only light came from the streetlight half a block away, and the end of my cigarette. I don't smoke, mind you.

Thankful for the road that goes through the storm clouds and leads me back home. And also, don't look at me like that; I know I've been slackin'. Second, it's November, and as the title of this post suggests, it's time to share what we're thankful for. *groooaaannnnn* I KNOOOOWWW! So I'm going to tell you a story about Being Thankful.

Life is one big learning experience - take what you can. Thursday, November 15, 2012. As I was driving home from work the other night and reflecting on the events of the day, I did two things I don't normally do: I smiled, and then I cried. Usually I just sigh heavily, and more than once. But that day? That day made me think about the movie "Armageddon.". Yep The one with Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck. Where the guys all sing "Leaving on a Jet Plane". Before they go up into space to save the Earth? Really...

Life is one big learning experience - take what you can. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Right now, as I type this out, I am supposed to be excitedly zipping up my suitcase. I'm leaving my little rental dollhouse in a few hours for a vacation. To a tropical island location with beachside cabana. Alone. Aaaaaaaand I can't focus. This has been my life the past ten months or so; my inability to focus and the ensuing feelings of unsettledness and dissatisfaction with everything. Go on another retreat? These pas...

Life is one big learning experience - take what you can. Saturday, May 11, 2013. Figure out what I want, and then whatever. Is becomes my singular cause, my whole life. I build really tall walls to keep out interlopers, no matter how well intentioned they may be. In short, I allow myself to be hardened. It is not intentional, really, I just don't actively try to stop it from happening. What I say to the Universe out there on the sandbars, in the middle of the lake each morning? Back in July (I know, I know) we had a three week break in between camp sessions. Almost every one I know was out of town. Thankfully, two of my favorite people stayed here, and the three of us set of on my first, glorious camping trip in Kenya. Playing up the green with color shot. We camped at Carnelleys. Which was just the right amount of camping and the right amount of hippo fencing, you know? Krystle and I shared this blue gem, while Andrew was an man-venturer and slept in a hammock. Has, no less!
