Johnnie and Angela: Happy 2nd Birthday to Cameron!
http://johnnieandangela.blogspot.com/2014/09/happy-2nd-birthday-to-cameron.html
Life is an adventure every day. Happy 2nd Birthday to Cameron! Monday, September 8, was CC's 2nd birthday! We kept things simple this year and had a small cookout party at our house the day before with only a few friends. The theme for her party this year was her favorite television show, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, with simple red and yellow decorations and supplies. I made CC's birthday party invitation myself using Photoshop and images I purchased in a digital set on Etsy ( here. CC doesn't actually ...

Johnnie and Angela: Family Friday: 23 Months Old
http://johnnieandangela.blogspot.com/2014/09/family-friday-23-months-old.html
Life is an adventure every day. Family Friday: 23 Months Old. It's been over a month since my last post. I involuntarily took a break because this was honestly a really rough month physically and mentally and I didn't get much of anything accomplished. This post is about her, not me, so I'll leave the details for another day. I did at least get these photos done, even if they sat on the memory card for the past 3 weeks. This month CC and I went to the Byodo-In Temple. CC still follows the same eating and...

LeBlanc LeBlog: Happy stuff
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2015/05/happy-stuff.html
Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Let's talk poo for a moment. As a Mum to 3 kiddos and 1 fur baby, I've changed countless diapers and cleaned up many messes that have caused me to gag over the years, but that's all part of being a parent of course! Recently though, I've had to deal with way too many poo situations of toilet blocking proportions. Is it because American toilets are different from British toilets? Lots of other things have made me happy this week! I am not parked on the line! I'm a Scottish Mum of 3...

Windshields and Rear-view Mirrors: October 2013
http://familyofmgms.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 25, 2013. One of the first places we went in Venice was to San Marco square. We had seen it from the ship, but it was even more awe-inspiring and beautiful in person. And CROWDED! We learned our lesson- go early in the morning! It was a short Vaporetto ride from our apartment, maybe 20 minutes. This is the Palazzo Ducale, or the Doge's Palace. We took a tour of the inside, and it's just huge. The tour took hours! It took so many tries to get this picture, people kept stepping into frame!

Rambling Rose: Oh baby! (Part 2 of the story)
http://heatherirenep.blogspot.com/2013/05/oh-baby-part-2-of-story.html
Musings of crazy red-head. Thursday, May 23, 2013. Part 2 of the story). As soon as I got home from IL, I called the doctor and set up an appt. They told me that I needed to wait until I was at least 7 weeks, which put us at the week of Thanksgiving by the time they were able to fit us into the doctor’s schedule. I had to wait a whole month? 8217; But that’s not a peanut, that’s a baby! I’d say you’re more like 12 weeks along! Heather Irene @ Rambling Rose. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

US WEEKLY: September 2013
http://sarahorrocks.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 30, 2013. I swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Lets dig right into it. We have withdrawn our kids from public school and started on a home school journey. Before I tell you how it's going let me tell you how I came to this decision. You're not a teacher! And "You can't teach your kids! You got kicked out of college! And "You can't teach your kids! You would kill them if you were with them that much." and "You can't home school, your kids will be social weirdos!

LeBlanc LeBlog: December 2014
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15, 2014. Christmas In The UK. A typical pantomime dame. American Santa gets cookies and milk left out for him, in the UK, it's more likely to be a mince pie and a glass of sherry. If I was Santa, I'd appreciate both offerings for sure. Christmas Dinner in both countries is based around the turkey, but sides and desserts differ. A staple in the UK is the chipolata - a tasty wee pork sausage, usually wrapped in bacon. What's not to love about that! Christmas in the UK. C'mon America, even...

LeBlanc LeBlog: Elk, Cherry Pie & Soccer
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2015/04/elk-cherry-pie-soccer.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Elk, Cherry Pie and Soccer. This place amazes me every day. On the way home last week this happened:. Right next to the road. Yes, I pulled over like a tourist and took a photo, but wow, who gets to see an elk herd this close up? They might look like gentle giants but somebody's dog was actually attacked by one of them at a nearby lake yesterday, so I'll be keeping our Molly on a short leash when I'm up there! We rewarded ourselves afterwards at Twede's Cafe. For our parking....

Johnnie and Angela: Jeju Island
http://johnnieandangela.blogspot.com/2012/02/jeju-island.html
Life is an adventure every day. How did we get to Jeju? There is a ferry boat available for travel to the island but we chose to fly from Seoul on Eastar Jet Airlines. There are a few different airlines that fly to Jeju but Eastar Airlines was the cheapest - only 110,000 won (about $98) round trip per person. Our Eastar jet was comical. There was zero. Leg room, there were stars and airplanes painted on the ceiling, and there was a bar/lounge painted on the wall. We were the only. Being that Jeju is the ...

Johnnie and Angela: Baby G's Birth Story
http://johnnieandangela.blogspot.com/2012/09/baby-gs-birth-story.html
Life is an adventure every day. Baby G's Birth Story. Friday morning, September 7, I went to the hospital for a routine prenatal checkup at 8:15am. My plan was to go to the appointment, stop for breakfast on the way home, work on the 37 week Family Friday blog post, and then have a girl's night out with friends. Things didn't go exactly as planned. The doctor took my blood pressure four times before sending me for blood and urine tests and then up to Labor and Delivery for further monitoring. I was start...
