December 22, 2015. December 24, 2015. Cream de Cocoa liqueur. Crushed Red Bird Peppermint Puffs. Lightly dip the rim of the champagne coup in honey, then roll in crushed peppermint. Pour 1 oz. Cream de Cocoa liqueur into the coup, then top off with chilled champagne. Add a Red Bird Peppermint stick as a garnish. The drink will fizz when you add the peppermint stick, and it will turn pink the longer the stick stays in the drink. 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream. 5 oz Peppermint vodka. 5 oz Cream de Cocoa.

Peppermint Whipped Cream – celebratethesweet

December 7, 2015. December 24, 2015. 3 cup Chilled Whipping Cream. 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract. 1 cup Crushed Red Bird Puffs or Sticks. Pour a couple cups of water and ice cubes into stand mixer. Allow bowl to chill for a few minutes. Dump out the water and dry mixer. Pour whipped cream into mixer bowl and whip until peaks start to form. (About 2 minutes on medium-high speed). December 7, 2015. December 18, 2015. 4 cups Granulated Sugar. 1 cup Light Corn Syrup. 3 Large Egg Whites. 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract. Cup Crushed Red Bird Peppermint Puffs or Sticks. Oil a 9 by 9 pan and a spoon, set aside. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan with cup water and cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 260 degrees on a candy thermometer (about 20 minutes). Beat egg whites to stiff peaks in a large bowl using an electric mixer set on medium-high speed.
